2. Quotes & Orders

  Quotes provided on our Website or via call/email are estimates and may change after on-site inspection.

  Orders are confirmed only after a written agreement, deposit (if required), and acceptance of the final quotation.

  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Pricing & Payments

  Prices include materials, labour, and VAT (where applicable).

  Payments must be made using the methods we provide (bank transfer, cash, card, etc.).

  Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  Work may be paused if payment schedules are not followed.

4. Installation & Access

  Customers must provide clear access to the property for installation.

  Any structural changes, plastering, painting, electrical or additional building work not included in the quote will be charged separately.
